1. My credit is very low. How can I get around landlords not checking my credit?

   1. Hi Need Help. For starters I would encourage you to try to build your credit score a soon as possible so that you are not in this situation again. Most landlords will perform a credit check and most landlords can have a requirement of a FICO score of 650+. Some landlords are willing to accept applicants with less than perfect credit if they have a guarantor. The guarantor must have excellent credit and great income to qualify as a guarantor for the applicant. Again, the landlord will have the final say so. If you don’t have someone that can be a guarantor, try seeking guarantor companies. I hope this information was helpful.
